Prof. dr Valentin Kuleto je predsednik međunarodne kompanije LINKgroup, regionalnog lidera u oblasti osnovnog, srednjeg, visokog i profesionalnog obrazovanja, obrazovanja na daljinu i proizvodnje obrazovnog softvera.
 
Grupaciju LINK čine obrazovne ustanove: Savremena osnovna škola, četiri srednje škole: International School, Srednja škola za informacione tehnologije, Savremena gimnazija i Allison Academy, visokoškolske ustanove: Visoka škola strukovnih studija za informacione tehnologije i Fakultet savremenih umetnosti, kao i LINK Professional Education (ITAcademy, LINK Academy, BusinessAcademy i InternetAcademy). Pored ustanova, u sastavu LINKgroupa nalaze se Institut za moderno obrazovanje, kao i ed-tech kompanija SoftLINK, i više od 40 obrazovnih servisa okupljenih pod jedinstvenim brendom LINKgroup Educational Alliance.
 
Profesor Valentin Kuleto je magistrirao u oblasti implementacije softverske platforme za učenje na daljinu i doktorirao na istraživanjima adaptabilnog personalizovanog modela sistema za učenje na daljinu.
 
Angažman dr Kuleta u sferi obrazovanja je usmeren na istraživanje, tehnologiju i razvoj sa ciljem neprekidnog pobolјšanja kvaliteta obrazovanja.
 
Autor je 16 knjiga, monografija, kao i naučnih i stručnih radova (više od 70) publikovanih u časopisima, zbornicima sa nacionalnih i međunarodnih konferencija i naučnim monografijama međunarodnog značaja.
